Objectives

  • Take a lead role in improving performance management in their college.
  • Refine own college’s approach to recruitment and selection of the best talent.
  • Develop an action plan for improving their own ‘presence and impact’ in making presentations and leading changes.
  • Action further improvements to the techniques explored in Module 1 in relation to listening, questioning, feedback and coaching.
  • Reflect on feedback arising from the 360 degree appraisal process, identify changes and action points for improvement.
