- Develop an action plan for improving their own ‘presence and impact’ in making presentations and leading changes.
- Action further improvements to the techniques explored in Module 1 in relation to listening, questioning, feedback and coaching.
- Reflect on feedback arising from the 360 degree appraisal process, identify changes and action points for improvement.
