'What Really Works' guidance provides key information and resources to schools for tackling poverty in education.

The Pupil Deprivation Grant poster highlights some of the most effective interventions that are included within the Education Endowment Foundation toolkit (external link). These interventions are based on the impact on attainment, strength of evidence and the costs involved. The toolkit provides guidance for teaching practitioners on how to use their resources to improve the attainment of disadvantaged learners.  It covers over 30 evidence based interventions and is a valuable resource in prioritising pupil deprivation grant spending.

The flowchart helps schools determine if the activities they are planning are eligible for funding.
